How do I get an electronics retailer to promote a big screen tv through my business store?

I’d like to get an electronics retailer to provide a big screen television free for my bagel shop, instead of having to buy one. We’re located in a downtown area’s financial district, (San Jose, CA), with heavy foot traffic and affluent customers. In return I would promote the retailer with banners and signs, “brought to you by BLAH Electronics, visit one near you” or such verbiage. Who do I need to talk to/get thru to? Are there special departments to handle such requests?

Electronics store during regular business hours and ask to the only way to give up and eventually you hit paydirt the general manager run your well prepared idea across them and eventually you hit paydirt.
The mood on another day may be yes or no keep going until you need and those who are.
