Can you connect ipod nano screen to an ipod video with a broken screen?

The screen on my ipod video broke, and I have an ipod nano with no funcionality but the screen does work. So I want to know if i can connect the ipod nano screen to the 30 gig ipod.

The nanos screen is smaller so you would be very unstable if it even worked at all.
